I believe we all have a natural tendency towards health, an intention to create a happy life and a desire to develop satisfying relationships. And, as we all know, life, and its complexities, can get in the way.
People bring a diverse range of things into therapy, each unique to them. You could be experiencing some difficulty in your relationships, feeling anxious and stressed, facing grief and loss, you might have questions about your future or things that have happened in the past, you may have a good understanding of what you’re facing, or you may not.
The approach we take in Gestalt therapy encourages us to be curious, to experiment, to create new awareness and to use our fresh perspectives to create greater choice into our approach to life. It’s really all about learning how you move in your world.
